Dry cleaning is optional but not necessary. If you choose to iron, please do so on low heat.

Can I buy fabric by the yard? Down Arrow

The cost for purchasing fabric by the yard is $125 per yard and we require a minimum of 5 yards. Our lead time for custom orders is between 6 – 8 weeks. To place your order with our production we ask for a deposit of 50% upfront. Additionally, there will be a shipping fee, unless you are located in the area and want to come by our store and pick it up. Please note that our production is limited to a width of 31.5”.

Free curbside pickup is available at our Westwood Shop: 1101 Glendon Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

If order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be refunded and order will be cancelled.

We do ship internationally via UPS when possible, but international shipping may not always be available. International shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

We appreciate your patience as we fulfill all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Please also note that many domestic and international shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 workplace safety precautions and a high volume of orders.

Can I return items in my order? Down Arrow

We hope that you love your HTH goods, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition, with the original invoice included in the return package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective.
