All of our products are designed in Los Angeles, California, and handwoven in Chiapas, Mexico.

Our napkins are 18” x 18,” and come in a set of 4.

We have two standard sizes in small and large.  The small tablecloth measures 63” x 72” and the large tablecloth measures 63” x 120.”  If you need any other size, please reach out to us at info@heathertaylorhome.com. 

We hope you love your Heather Taylor Home pieces forever.  To that end, here are our recommendations for the very best care.  Please pre-treat any stains.  Machine wash with like colors in cold water using the delicate cycle.  Tumble on low, hand or lay flat to dry.  Please note, as with any other cotton items, shrinkage from machine drying is normal.  Our linens are not pre-washed, nor are they preshrunk.  Dry cleaning is optional but not necessary.  If you choose to iron, please do so on low heat.

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your original order and place a new one!  Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items purchased at full price and in new condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. 

If you are shopping from the EU, you have 14 days from receiving goods to withdraw from your purchase.  Please fill out this form if this applies to you.

If you are shopping internationally outside of the EU, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items purchased at full price and in new condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any issues.  We are happy to work with you to replace the items, and we will cover all shipping costs associated with correcting the error. 

Yes!  We currently offer a gift wrapping service – for a small fee, we put your order in a reusable cotton pouch  that’s handwoven in one of our signature patterns.  You can add a custom gift message in your cart’s ‘Special Instructions’  section.

Yes, we offer gift cards starting as low as $20 and going all the way up to $1,000.

Yes, we offer discounts throughout the year!  Plus, if you sign up for our mailing list, you receive a special discount for your first order!  Note that most of our discounts are not valid for third-party items or items part of a collaboration.

Shipping is calculated for each customer at checkout based on shipment location.  All orders above $250 (excluding pillows with inserts) are typically eligible for free UPS ground shipping.

It typically takes 1-2 business days for your order to ship after it has been confirmed.  Orders purchased before 2 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday are typically sent out the same day.  Note that during high volume periods, such as Black Friday, or any other sales, it may take a bit longer for our team to get your order shipped out!

When your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via email.  Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email with tracking information to reference until your order arrives at your door!

Yes, for an additional charge we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.  You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout!

Yes, we ship internationally, but shipping cost will be slightly higher than packages shipped within the Continental US.
